SEATTLE GREEN EARTH CLEANING is looking for top-notch, hard-working, client-focused Team Members to grow with our small business. No cleaning or housekeeping experience necessary!! OUR TEAM MEMBERS RECEIVE:
- Base Pay of $23+/hour and options for either a flexible schedule or a guaranteed Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm schedule! Part-time, full-time... YOU set your schedule! (We have tenured cleaners making $30+/hour!)
- NO reduced training wage - you start making your regular base pay from day 1!
- W-2 Employment (not independent contracting, so WE pay all the relevant taxes)
- $200 Graduation BONUS when you become an SGEC Green Cleaner (training takes typically between 4 and 5 weeks)

SOME REQUIRMENTS OF THE POSITION TO CONSIDER:
- The physically demanding nature of the work– this job is very fast-paced and physically demanding. It requires intense repetitive motion which can be taxing on the joints/back (especially if you have pre-existing joint/back issues/injuries). It will feel like doing moderate/intense cardio all day, every day!
- Commute- Team Members must be comfortable navigating traffic, parking and driving all over the greater Seattle area – we service a 10 mile radius around the Green Lake/Ravenna neighborhood with clients as far North as Lynnwood/Bothell and as far South as White Center/West Seattle.
- Punctuality– being on time to appointments is extremely important to us for providing great client service.
- Working Independently and as part of a Team– after graduating training, Team Members work on their own most of the time but also need to successful at working with others on Team Cleans
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
- Legally authorized to work in the US
- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and boosted when eligible
- Able to lift a 35lb cleaning bag and a 15lb vacuum and are comfortable bending, stretching, and performing repetitive motion for extended periods of time
- Have a reliable car, car insurance and a valid driver's license
- Have an updated smart phone to check your schedule and communicate
