Standard Cleaning
This is our area of expertise. We love working with individuals and families on a regular basis to get their homes sparkling clean and to help keep them the peaceful sanctuaries our clients want them to be.
We have clients who enjoy their Standard Cleaning a few times a week, weekly, every other week, monthly, or as needed. And unlike many cleaning companies, we are happy to customize our services to address your needs — not just a checklist.

Express Cleaning
Our Express Cleaning is a focused, high-impact appointment for homes that are well-maintained and just need a refresh. It runs at roughly two-thirds the time of a Standard Cleaning, with your cleaner prioritizing the big-impact chores — light dusting, dishes, putting things away, vacuuming and mopping — and the heavily used areas of your home, like bathrooms and kitchens.
Express Cleanings are ideal for 1–3 times a week, and we think they represent one of the best ways to truly maintain a livable, peaceful home. Instead of one long biweekly appointment, many of our clients find that two shorter visits a week keep their home feeling consistently great — without ever getting to the "it needs a full clean" stage.

Our Deep Cleaning addresses the buildup that standard visits just can't reach due to timing restraints — from hand-washing baseboards and heavily scrubbing grout to cleaning inside the refrigerator and interior windows.
We generally recommend a Deep Cleaning twice a year to make sure maintenance cleaning stays easy and your home remains the sparkling oasis you want it to be. Most clients schedule one before the holidays and one in spring.

Move-In and Move-Out Cleaning
This detailed service is designed for empty homes, where all surfaces are fully accessible. It assumes the home is fully empty of furniture and belongings at the time of service, and includes all applicable tasks for your home — everything in our Deep Cleaning, plus cleaning the interior of all built-ins like cabinets, appliances, and closets.
Because every surface can be reached without working around furniture or belongings, the goal is measurable, top-to-bottom improvement throughout the entire home. Move-In/Out appointments typically require more time than even a standard Deep Cleaning.
Steam Cleaning & Sanitizing
Our steam cleaning service uses the professional-grade Dupray Tosca system to deliver hospital-level sanitizing without a single harsh chemical. Superheated steam penetrates grout lines, tile surfaces, baseboards, appliances, and upholstery — killing bacteria, mold spores, and allergens at the source.

This is an in-depth service. It involves real decisions about what stays and what goes, and your involvement matters. We work alongside you to identify what's serving your home and what isn't, then build custom systems around what's left. Expect to make choices about belongings, discuss how you use each space, and walk away with something that's genuinely transformed, not just rearranged.
Delivered by SGEC’s NAPO-trained organizing professionals, our team brings both the training and the thoughtfulness to make this process feel collaborative rather than overwhelming. Whether it's a pantry, a closet, a full room, or your whole home, we customize the approach to your lifestyle and goals.
Organizing is billed at a higher hourly rate than standard cleaning, and we always confirm scope and pricing before we begin. Because it's time-intensive by nature, full organizing is best for spaces where you're ready to invest in lasting change.

How it works: Our organizing-trained team removes everything from the space, performs a detailed deep clean, and returns items to the area with a focus on accessibility, organization, and style. Your level of involvement is up to you — we can meet at the start of the session to discuss your ideal final placement of items, or our organizing team can use their expertise to create an expertly designed finished product.

The Curated Standard
The Curated Standard is everything we do, bundled and planned around your home and your life. It's our most-loved package for clients who want every detail handled without having to think about it.
Most cleaning plans give you the same visit every time. The Curated Standard rotates deep cleaning, seasonal work, and à la carte details into your regular schedule — so the work that usually gets put off, doesn't. Add in daily essentials like laundry, restocking, or unboxing if you want them. It's truly set-and-forget.

After your initial cleaning, we assess your home and make recommendations tailored to what you and your home actually need. All add-ons must be booked in advance and are performed by team members specifically trained for that task.

Donation & Recycling Pickup
To support reuse and responsible recycling, we are happy to take your old clothes, toys, and household products to local reuse centers — and your batteries, fluorescent bulbs, and old cleaners containing ammonia or bleach to the Hazardous Waste Management site.
Just leave items in a clearly labeled bag near the front door and your cleaner will pick them up. Please note that we can only take what fits in the car at one visit, so large or bulky items are not included in this complimentary service.

Payment Options
We use the Jobber Client Hub where you can review your account, see upcoming appointments, and pay for services. Invoices are typically sent within 48 hours of your cleaning. For appointments over 10 hours, we ask for a credit card on file prior to the appointment.
