Who We Are Looking For

A values-driven team doing meaningful work.

We are looking for dedicated, detail-loving, client-focused team members to grow with our small, values-driven business. No prior cleaning experience? No problem. We provide a comprehensive paid training apprenticeship. Spend your days creating calm, beautiful spaces and helping people fall in love with their homes again. $24+ per hour & opportunities for growth

We offer a competitive starting wage with opportunities to grow with our small business. All team members are W-2 employees and keep 100% of the tips they earn.

GOLD health insurance

Kaiser medical, dental, and vision. SGEC covers 75% of the cost. Includes reproductive and gender-affirming care. Starts at 60 days.

3 to 5 weeks paid time off

Accrued from day one, and increases by one day every year team members are with the company — plus 7 paid holidays annually starting at 60 days.

Mileage reimbursement & paid drive time

We provide mileage reimbursement at the highest possible rate and drive time is paid at your hourly wage.

Eligibility Criteria

Requirements

Work Authorization — Legally authorized to work in the United States

COVID Vaccination — Fully vaccinated, including boosters when eligible
✓
Physical Capacity — Able to lift 35 lb cleaning bag and 15 lb vacuum; comfortable with fast-paced movement and repetitive motion throughout your day
✓
Transportation — Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and current car insurance
✓
Smartphone — With data to check schedule, communicate with team, and access client notes
